A national billing vendor learns your payer mix on your dime, and they learn it during your denials. We do not have to.

Health First Health Plans is the dominant local plan and also a provider organization, which makes claims and referrals behave differently here than they do anywhere else in the state. Florida Blue has its own denial patterns and appeal windows that do not match the national carriers. Florida Medicaid managed care plans churn constantly, and a claim sent to last month’s plan is a denial you find out about six weeks later and spend an hour rescuing.

None of that is exotic. It is just specific, and specific knowledge is what separates a biller who fixes a denial from one who writes it off.

Most independent practices around here participate in an ACO, and most of them could not tell you whether it is actually making them money.

We evaluate that honestly — whether participation makes sense for your practice at all, how you are tracking against quality measures, what the shared savings math really looks like against straight fee-for-service, and where the contract terms carry risk you have not priced. If the answer is that you are better off out, we will tell you that.

Quality reporting is the part that quietly costs practices the most, because it is nobody’s job until the deadline. Specialists have MIPS obligations too, and we have walked into practices doing no systematic reporting at all.

We know the systems your team is already on

Tebra, Kareo, AdvancedMD. We integrate with what you run — we do not sell you a replacement, and we do not need you to migrate anything to work with us.

Your billing team stays in place. That is the default and for most practices it is the right call, because the institutional knowledge in a long-tenured biller’s head is worth more than any system anyone could install. What we add is leverage: automated payment posting, EOB to ERA conversion so paper remittances stop being hand-keyed, eligibility verification that runs at check-in instead of over the phone, and denial and AR work running alongside. The AR recovery is performance based — if nothing is recovered, there is no fee.

And we are actually available

Support is remote. We think that is the right answer rather than a limitation: a vendor who has to dispatch someone is selling you a wait, and the wait happens while your schedule is running.

So we build practices to be run remotely. Cloud-managed networks and firewalls we can reconfigure without touching the hardware. Phone systems hosted in our infrastructure rather than on a box in your closet, with nothing on site to service. Remote access to every workstation. Monitoring that usually surfaces a problem before your front desk notices it. The result is that most things are fixed while you are still on the phone, and when something genuinely has to be replaced we handle the procurement and reconfigure it remotely once it is in.
