We already know your payers
A national billing company learns your payer mix on your dime, during your denials. We don’t have to.
Health First Health Plans is the dominant local plan and also a provider organization, which makes claims and referrals behave differently here than elsewhere in the state. Florida Blue has its own denial patterns and appeal windows. Florida Medicaid managed care plans churn, and a claim sent to last month’s plan is a denial you find out about six weeks later.
None of that is exotic. It’s just specific, and specific knowledge is what separates a biller who fixes a denial from one who writes it off.
We know the ACO side
Most independent practices here participate in an ACO. We work the ACO’s care-gap and discharge alerts at the front desk through Odin, and check its suspected HCC codes against the visit note when we code. We’ll also tell you honestly whether participation is paying off.
We know the system your team is on
We work inside the EHR you already use; today that’s Tebra, with athenaOne and OpenEMR in progress. Your staff keep the system they know; we add the coding pipeline, the front desk work list and the reporting around it.
How we work
Support is remote, during business hours. We publish our pricing, everything is month-to-month, and your data leaves with you if you go.
