TK Tech grew out of years of work inside a Brevard County medical practice: the front desk, the billing, the phones and the computers. The tools we sell are the ones we built because we needed them.
Why billing and software together
Most practices buy billing from one company, front desk software from another and IT from a third, and then spend their time making the three agree. We do all three for the practices we work with, so a gap found in billing becomes a task at the front desk the next morning, and a call at the front desk opens the right chart.
What we believe
- Your staff stay. We give your front desk and billers better tools. Replacing people who know your patients is rarely the answer.
- Prices should be public. Our per-encounter pricing is on the website, and so is our percentage-of-collections rate.
- Numbers need footnotes. Our results come from real billing data with the dates and caveats attached. We don’t publish testimonials we wrote ourselves.
- A person makes the call. Software drafts the codes; a biller decides. Software suggests the time; your staff book it.
- Month-to-month. No long contracts, and your data leaves with you.
