Terms

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms apply to tktech.health, run by TKTech LLC (“TK Tech”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

What this site is

This site describes our services and publishes our prices. It’s information, not an offer you can accept by clicking. Nothing on it is medical, legal, tax or coding advice for your situation; payer rules change and depend on your contracts, so check anything you rely on with us or your own advisers.

Our prices and results

Our published prices are real, and we stand behind them as a starting point. What a practice actually pays is set in a signed service agreement, which may differ depending on specialty, plan mix and the work involved. If this site and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement wins.

Results and case studies describe what happened at specific practices. Your results will depend on your practice, payers and patients, and we don’t promise you’ll see the same.

Demos and illustrations on this site use invented patients, staff and data.

Client tools

The client portal links to tools for staff at practices we work with. Using them requires an account from your practice, and they’re governed by our agreement with your practice and its business associate agreement. Don’t try to get into an account or system you weren’t given, test our security without written permission, or interfere with the site or our services.

Our content

The text, design, illustrations and software on this site belong to TK Tech. You’re welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit. Please don’t copy the site or present our work as your own. Names of other products, such as EHRs, belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we work with.

We link to other sites, such as payers, software vendors and services we use. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.

Limits

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, TK Tech isn’t liable for losses that come from using this website. This doesn’t limit anything in a signed service agreement, which has its own terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. See also our privacy policy and texting terms.
