Privacy

Last updated October 17, 2026

This policy covers tktech.health and the contact form on it, run by TKTech LLC (“TK Tech”, “we”, “us”), a Florida company. Questions go to [email protected].

The short version

  • We collect what you type into the contact form, and anonymous visit counts. That’s it.
  • We don’t use advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies.
  • We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for anyone’s marketing.
  • Patient information we handle for medical practices is covered by HIPAA and our agreements with those practices, not by this page.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone (optional), practice name (optional), what it’s about and your message. It goes into our help desk so someone can reply, and stays there as the record of the conversation. The same goes for email you send us.

Please don’t put patient details in the contact form or in email to us. If you need to send us patient information, ask and we’ll give you a secure way to do it.

When you visit. We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which records which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, the referring site, and the browser, device type and country. It sets no cookies and doesn’t build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, time) for a short time to keep the site running and secure.

When you sign in. Staff at the practices we work with sign in to our client tools (support tickets, Odin, Huginn, Timeclock and practice forms). Those accounts and what happens in those tools are governed by our agreement with the practice.

How we use it

To reply to you, to provide and support the services a practice has signed up for, to understand which pages are useful, to keep our systems secure, and to meet legal obligations. If you’re a client, we’ll also email you about your account and service. We won’t add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run our services, and only what they need to do that: our hosting providers, our email provider, and Plausible for visit counts. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights, or as part of selling or merging the business, in which case this policy keeps applying to it.

Text messaging. Mobile phone numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our texting terms.

Patient health information

We work for medical practices as a business associate under HIPAA. When we handle patient information for a practice (billing, records, calls and texts, front-desk tools), we do it under a signed business associate agreement and the practice’s instructions, and we use it only to do that work. If you’re a patient with a question about your health information, contact your doctor’s office: they decide how it’s used and handle requests to see or correct it. If you received a records request or invoice from us, see medical records requests.

Keeping it safe

Our systems are encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and sign-in to our tools goes through a single managed login. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously, because it’s most of our job.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices and support history, where the law or our client agreements require it.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll say so on the site, and tell clients directly.
