What’s on the list

  • Discharge and TCM countdowns

When a patient leaves the hospital, the follow-up call lands on the list with the transitional-care window counting down: closes today, tomorrow, in three days. Booking the follow-up visit closes the task by itself.

  • ACO care gaps

Alerts from your ACO’s portal become tasks, so the post-discharge follow-ups your contract is measured on don’t sit in a portal nobody opens.

  • MIPS gaps, closed with chart text

Odin shows which quality measures are still open for each patient. When a document closes one, it gives the MA paste-ready text for the chart, citing the document, which is exactly what our coding pipeline picks up and bills.

  • Wellness visits

Patients due for an annual wellness visit, and an AWV checklist of the open items for the day of the visit.

  • One key per call outcome

Scheduled, left voicemail, no answer, declined. Retries come back on their own, and a mistake can be undone.

Around each visit

  • Prep sheets

One printed page per patient, or the whole day at once, with recent labs, the paperwork they need to sign and screening questionnaires to hand over.

  • Check-in

Checking a patient in from Odin sets their status in your EHR and tells the MA they’re ready.

  • Checkout, step by step

Payment, what to hand the patient, referrals, the next visit, then check out in the EHR. Nothing gets skipped because the window got busy.

  • Finding a time

Odin suggests open times from each practice’s own schedule rules, and can cancel a visit in your EHR when the patient reschedules. The booking itself is made in the EHR.

  • Payments at the desk

Today’s amounts to collect, card fees estimated before the card is run, and desk card payments reconciled against the EHR.

Also in Odin

  • Referrals and contacts

Referrals tracked with their diagnosis codes, and a directory of outside clinicians and facilities with their fax numbers.

  • Medication and care team

Medication reconciliation against pharmacy fills from ACO claims, and a care team built from claims and written back to your EHR.

  • Access log

Every look at patient information is logged, with an audit trail.

  • Coming next

In development Online check-in: one link for the patient to sign forms, upload their card and pay their copay before they arrive.
